மத்திய அரசின் மூன்று வேளாண் சட்டங்களும்  திரும்ப பெறப்படும் - பிரதமருக்கு ராஷ்ட்ரீய லோக் ஜனசக்தி கட்சி சார்பில் நன்றிகள்

 

மத்திய அரசின் மூன்று வேளாண் சட்டங்களும்  திரும்ப பெறப்படுவதாக மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர் மோடி அறிவித்திருப்பதற்கு ராஷ்ட்ரீய லோக் ஜனசக்தி கட்சி சார்பில் நன்றி தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம். 

 

வேளாண் துறையில் பல்வேறு சீர்திருத்த நோக்கங்களுடன் கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட மத்திய அரசின் 3 வேளாண் சட்டங்கள், கார்ப்பரேட்டுகளுக்கு மட்டுமே சாதகமானவை என்று பல்வேறு விவசாய சங்கங்கள் விமர்சித்து வந்தன. இந்த சட்டங்களை எதிர்த்து, பல்லாயிரம் விவசாயிகள் மிக நீண்ட போராட்டத்தை நடத்தினார்கள். 

 

இந்நிலையில், மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர் மோடி நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு ஆற்றிய உரையில், மத்திய அரசின் 3 வேளாண் சட்டங்களும்  வாபஸ் பெறப்படுவதாக அறிவித்திருப்பது, நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு பெரும் மகிழ்ச்சியை அளித்துள்ளது. தனது உரையில்  மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர் கூறியதாவது :

 

 

 

"நாட்டு நலனுக்காக வேளாண் துறையில் பல்வேறு சீர்திருத்தம் கொண்டு வந்தோம். விவசாயிகளின் நலனுக்காக புதிய வேளாண் சட்டங்களை கொண்டு வந்துள்ளோம். சிறு விவசாயிகளை முன்னேற்றவே அவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கவே இந்த சட்டங்கள் கொண்டு வந்துள்ளோம். அனைத்து விவசாயிகள் சங்கத்தினருடன் ஆலோசித்த பிறகே இந்த சட்டம் கொண்டு வந்தோம்.

 

 

 

ஆனால் சட்டம் தொடர்பாக தவறான தகவல் பரப்பி விடப்பட்டது. இது குறித்து புரிய வைக்க பல முயற்சிகள் எடுத்தோம். இந்த முயற்சி தோல்வியில் முடிந்தது. ஆனாலும் விவசாயிகள் தொடர் போராட்டம் நடத்தினர். மத்திய அரசு கொண்டு வந்த 3 வேளாண் சட்டங்களை திரும்பப் பெறுகிறோம். வரவிருக்கும் பார்லி., கூட்டத்தொடரில் இந்த சட்ட திரும்ப பெறும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும். 

 

போராடும் விவசாயிகள் தங்களின் போராட்டத்தை கைவிட வேண்டும். இவர்கள் தங்களின் இல்லத்திற்கு திரும்ப வேண்டும்." இவ்வாறு மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர் மோடி இன்று பேசினார்.

 

"இந்தியாவின் ஆன்மா கிராமங்களில் இருக்கிறது, விவசாயிகளிடம் இருக்கிறது" என்றார் மகாத்மா காந்தி. மாண்புமிகு பிரதமர் மோடி அவர்களும்  இதனைப் புரிந்து ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு, விவசாயிகளின் உணர்வுகளை மதித்து, மத்திய அரசின் 3 வேளாண் சட்டங்களும்  வாபஸ் பெறப்படுவதாக அறிவித்திருப்பதற்கு மக்கள் தலைவர் திரு ராம்விலாஸ் பஸ்வானால் தொடங்கப்பட்டு அவரது  அன்புத்தம்பி மத்திய அமைச்சர் திரு பசுபதி குமார் பராஸ் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் இயங்கும் ராஷ்ட்ரீய லோக் ஜனசக்தி கட்சி சார்பில் நன்றி தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

Rashtriya Lok Janashakthi Party thanks Honourable Prime Minister for withdrawing three agricultural laws

 

 On behalf of the Rashtriya Lok Janashakthi Party, we thank our Honourable Prime Ministerji   for announcing the withdrawal of all the three agricultural laws of the Central Government.

 

 Various agricultural associations have been critical of the central government's three agricultural laws, which were introduced with various reform objectives in the agricultural sector..  But Tens of thousands of farmers staged a very long struggle against these laws.

 

 In this context, Honourable Prime Minister Sri Modiji in his address to the people of the country,  announced the  withdrawal of all the three agricultural laws of the Central Government.  In his speech, the Honourable Prime Minister said:

 

 "We have brought various reforms in the field of agriculture for the benefit of the country. We have brought in new agricultural laws for the benefit of the farmers. We have come up with these laws to empower the small farmers and to empower them. We have brought this law after consulting all the farmers' associations.

 

 But misinformation about the law was spread.  We made several attempts to clarify  this.  This attempt failed and  the peasants waged a series of struggles.  We are withdrawing all the three agricultural laws brought by the Central Government.  Action will be taken to withdraw this law at the forthcoming Parliament session.

Struggling peasants must abandon their struggle.  They must return to their homes” said Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Sri Modiji  today.

Medical insurance to Bank employees- a farce

  A brief note placed to General secretary AIBOC for 6th October meeting with IBA   ISSUES FACED IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MEDICAL INSURANCE POLICY     During the X Wage settlement against the existing provision of managing medical reimbursement and hospitalisation scheme managed by the respective banks, the IBA suggested new  insurance scheme for medical reimbursement.
